When opting for NotaryLinks's Remote Online Notary service, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our Refund Policy.

  • Can you notarize documents for use in another province or country?

The possibility of notarizing documents online for use outside the province or country depends on the specific laws and regulations governing notarization in the respective jurisdiction.  It's important to check the legal requirements of the location where the documents will be used.

Some jurisdictions may accept online notarizations, while others may require traditional, in-person notarization.

Additionally, certain documents may have specific authentication or legalization requirements for cross-border use.

To ensure compliance, it's recommended to consult with a local notary public or legal professional in the relevant jurisdiction to confirm whether online notarization is accepted and what additional steps may be necessary for the documents to be valid and recognized.

  • Can more than one person join my NotaryLink appointment?

Yes! We can assist you with documents that require multiple signatures in a single appointment. You can simply add the additional signer when you book your appointment.
